Order Reviving Judgment
On this day came on to be considered the Application for Writ of Scire Facias to Revive Judgment (the “Application”) of [name of judgment holder], Movant [include if applicable: , successor in interest to [name of judgment plaintiff], the judgment creditor in the above-entitled and -numbered case]. The Court, having reviewed the pleadings and papers filed in this case, finds that [name of judgment debtor], Defendant, was duly served in accordance with the law and that Defendant was commanded to appear in this Court to show cause why the judgment rendered by this Court in the above-entitled and -numbered cause should not be revived on the Application of Movant. Defendant did not appear, and Defendant did not show cause why said judgment should not be revived. The Court, having considered the Application, the evidence, and the arguments presented therefore, finds that the final judgment rendered in the above-entitled and -numbered cause should be revived.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the final judgment rendered in the above-entitled and -numbered cause is hereby revived in all respects as to [name of judgment debtor].
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that execution on the revived judgment may immediately issue.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all costs are taxed against the Defendant, [name of judgment debtor].
All relief requested by [name of judgment holder]’s Application not granted herein is expressly denied.
