I have personal knowledge of the facts stated herein, and they are all true and correct.
“Claimholder has filed an Application for Foreclosure of Real Property in the above-styled and -numbered matter. The real property Claimholder seeks to be sold by nonjudicial foreclosure is secured by Claimholder’s lien on real property.
