Order Approving Claim
The Court finds that the personal representative of the estate allowed the claim of [name of mortgagee], its successors, and assigns (“Mortgagee”) as a valid preferred debt and lien against specific property; that such claim has been duly entered upon the claims docket of this Court for a period of ten full days; that Mortgagee desires its claim be approved and fixed as a preferred debt and lien against the property at [address], which secures the indebtedness to be paid according to the terms of the loan documents that evidence and secure the indebtedness; and that the lien of Mortgagee is valid.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Mortgagee’s claim be approved and classified as a preferred debt and lien against the specific property that secures the indebtedness held by Mortgagee and will be paid according to the terms and conditions of the loan documents that evidence and secure such indebtedness.
