2.Delivery to Child Care Facility or School

Please forward a conformed copy of the protective order entered by this Court on [date] to [name and address of child care facility or school].

3.Notification of Vacation of Order
§ 85.042(c)

Please notify each individual or entity who received a copy of the origi­nal or modified order that the protective order entered by this Court on [date] has been vacated.

4.Notification of License Suspension
§ 85.042(e)

Please forward a conformed copy of the protective order rendered by this Court on [date] to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), advise the DPS that Respondent’s handgun license has been suspended by this Court, and request that the DPS record that suspension in its records, report the sus­pension to the local law enforcement agencies, as appropriate, and demand sur­render of the suspended license from the license holder.
