Notice of Intent to Refer Dispute to Mediation
On [date] the Court considered the Motion for Mediation of [name of movant], Movant. The Court has determined that this dispute is appropriate for referral to mediation.
If no written objection to the referral is filed by [date at least ten days after other party will receive this notice], an order referring the dispute to mediation will be rendered. If a written objection is filed before that date, the Court will set a hearing on the motion.
