Notice of Past-Due Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law

[Petitioner/Respondent], [name], in accordance with rule 297 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, gives notice to the Court that a timely Request for Findings of Fact and Con­clusions of Law was filed on [date]. Findings and conclusions were due to be filed by the Court on or before [date], which was the twentieth day following [Petitioner’s/Respondent’s] timely Request for Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, but have not been filed.
