Affidavit Contradicting Homestead Affidavit as Release of Child Support Lien

[Name of affiant] appeared in person before me today and stated under oath:

“My name is [name of affiant]. I am the claimant in the child support lien filed on [date] in the county judgments records of this county (“Child Support Lien”).

“This affidavit is made for the purpose of contradicting the Homestead Affidavit as Release of Child Support Lien of [name of obligor] seeking to effect a release of the Child Support Lien as to the following described land (“Land”).

Select one of the following.

“The [homestead affidavit/certificate of filing of homestead affidavit] filed by [name of obligor] is untrue.”

Or

“The Child Support Lien should attach to the Land because [specify].”
