This notice may be used, with a subpoena duces tecum, to obtain production of documents and tangible things from a nonparty without a deposition, in accordance with Tex. R. Civ. P. 205.3. The notice must be served on the nonparty and all parties at least ten days before the subpoena is served. Tex. R. Civ. P. 205.2. The notice must be filed with the court. Tex. R. Civ. P. 191.4(b)(1).
