On [date] the Court considered the Motion for Alternative Service of [name of movant] and ORDERS that service on [name of person entitled to citation] be effected by any person authorized by rule 103, Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, by leaving a copy of the citation with pleadings and orders attached at [address, city], [county] County, Texas, with anyone over sixteen years of age at that address [or specifically describe other method of service authorized].
