The Texas County and District Retirement System has promulgated the following simplified, preapproved qualified domestic relations order for use after the member’s retirement. Together with instructions, it may be found at www.tcdrs.org/globalassets/library/forms/library-form-post-retirement-qdro.pdf. An order for active members, which is reproduced as form 25-15 in this manual, may also be downloaded at that website.
Checking with the retirement system to obtain any available current model forms and instructions is recommended.
Note that the model form contains sensitive data. See section 6 of the Introduction in volume 1 of this manual concerning protection of sensitive data in filed records.
