Motion to Sign Temporary Orders

This Motion to Sign Temporary Orders is brought by [name of movant], [party designa­tion], moving the Court to sign the Temporary Orders in the form attached to this motion as Exhibit A. Movant would respectfully show the following in support of this motion:

4.To date, Respondent has not provided any proposed changes or signatures to the proposed Temporary Orders.

4.Respondent has provided proposed changes to which Movant disagrees.

5.Movant believes that the proposed Temporary Orders attached hereto as Exhibit A conforms with the terms of the [rendition/mediated settlement agreement] dated [date], and Movant requests that the Court sign the Temporary Orders in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
