Recent Updates—2022

2022 updates to practice notes include coverage of case law through March of 2022, legislation from the 87th session of the Texas Legislature, and amendments to the Estates Code, Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct, and other relevant statutes. Updates to forms include uniform verification language and certificates of service, unform formatting, and elimination of the use of overly formal language.
