Recent Updates—August 2025 (All Updates...)
>2025 updates to practice notes include coverage of new and updated legislation since the release of the prior edition, along with amendments to the Property Code, Civil Practice and Remedies Code, and Estates Code, among others. There are newly added sections related to the Corporate Transparency Act, among others, succession planning, and CFIUS. Updates to forms include changes required to reflect updated legislation and the addition of rules and several new articles.
