Recent Updates—2022

2022 updates to practice notes include coverage of selected cases from the court term ended August 2021, legislation from the 87th session of the Texas Legislature, and amendments to the Property Code, Local Government Code, Civil Practice and Remedies Code, and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct. Updates to forms include changes required to reflect the legislation and rules, including several new forms.
