Recent Updates—May 2021 (All Updates...)
The 2021 revisions primarily consist of case law updates and additional information to aid practicing attorneys, plus new forms added to the manual. Up-to-date guidance has been added to help attorneys navigate dynamic, evolving circumstances during the global COVID-19 pandemic. The Real Estate Sales Contract has been completely revised and reimagined, with a new checklist form added to help attorneys complete the contract.
