Order of Discharge

The Court finds that there is no longer a necessity for the services of [Attorney/Guardian] Ad Litem in continued representa­tion on behalf of [name of incapacitated person], [a minor/an incapacitated person], and [Attorney/Guardian] Ad Litem should be discharged.
