Rule 11 Agreement Regarding Initial Disclosures
Pursuant to rule 11 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, the parties in this case agree to be bound by the following terms during the pendency of this litigation to the same extent as if these terms were entered by the Court. The parties agree and acknowledge that this Rule 11 Agreement will be filed and made a part of the record in this case. This agreement is effective when it is signed by all parties and filed with the [county] County Clerk’s Office.
We are the parties in this guardianship application. We understand the parties must usually exchange “Initial Disclosures” of the information and material described in Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 194.2.
