On [date], the Court considered the application of [name of applicant], Applicant, guardian of the estate of [name of ward], Ward, an incapacitated person, for ratification of expenditures made out of the corpus of Ward’s estate without prior court approval. IT IS ORDERED that the expenditures made by [name of applicant], guardian of the estate, and specifically identified in the Application to Ratify Expenditures for $[amount] are ratified and approved.
