Order Establishing Monthly Allowance

On [date] the Court considered the Application to Establish Monthly Allowance. The Court finds that such expenses are reasonable and necessary and in the best interests of Ward, [name of ward], and [his/her] estate, that evidence has been presented in support of the appli­cation, and that the application should be granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the proposed monthly allowance described in Exhibit A of the Application is approved.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Applicant, [name of applicant], is authorized to expend $[amount] per month from Ward’s estate for the education and maintenance of Ward and an additional $[amount] for the maintenance of the Ward’s estate.
