Code § 101.352, which also addresses general notice requirements.
If applicable, note the use of conference telephone or other communications equipment, including videoconferencing, the Internet, or any combination. The telephone or other equipment or system must allow each person participating to adequately communicate with all other persons participating in the meeting, unless otherwise specified in the company agreement.
