The prescribed language in the “Notice” paragraph of this form must appear in a minimum of ten-point bold-faced type. The list may be given either with form 18-1 in this chapter or before the commence­ment of construction. This list must be updated and provided to the owner not later than the fifteenth day after a subcontractor or supplier is added or deleted unless the owner has signed a written waiver of the right to receive updates. Tex. Prop. Code § 53.256.
