This notice is for use on projects where the original contract was executed on or after September 1, 2011, and before January 1, 2022. This notice must be sent to the owner by the thirtieth day after the claimant’s agreement providing for retainage is completed, terminated, or abandoned. Certified mail is no longer required for this notice. See Tex. Prop. Code § 53.057.
